Octopus

Here is another example of animating using a tool for deforming one drawing: the tentacles are just one drawing each an their animation is done deforming them. The same for the plants on the right. the bubbles are a particles system, and the fish is a short animated loop for the fins.
Drawings, painting, animating and effects are all done in the same software.
