I always liked fantasy creatures and Dragons in a special way :) :
This one is the oldest attempt I ever made at modelling one of this creatures. Done in Rhino 3D at that time welding meshes and Nurbs surfaces was all but easy, and subsurfaces were long to come but for LightWave.
And obviouslly there are drawings (wacom tablet helps much ;) ):
And finally again 3D and Blender 2.5 and a short walk cycle:
